  Family Ministry

Welcome to the Family Ministry page! My name is Rich Harter, the Director of Adult and Family Ministry. My role is to provide the vision, leadership, and coordination for a wide variety of offerings that promote and build strong faith-based families. I invite you to participate in our wonderful Family Ministry Programs.

Staff Contact: Rich Harter, Director of Adult and Family Ministry (262) 781-3480.
Staff Contact: Susan McNeil, Pastoral Associate (262) 781-3480.

Family Ministry Vision Statement

The vision for Family Ministry is driven by six core beliefs:

  • We believe the Sunday Gospel and Eucharist provide the central focus for living our faith in our daily lives.

  • We believe in building strong households of faith and family.

  • We believe adults committed to learning and sharing their faith create strong households of faith.

  • We believe growing in Catholic understanding is a lifelong process.

  • We believe in forming the whole person, intellectually, spiritually, and relationally.

  • We believe we are called to continuing conversion toward the words and ways of Jesus Christ.

Lifelong Faith Formation Opportunities

In keeping with these six core beliefs, we offer a wide array of faith formation opportunities. We hope you will take advantage of these offerings as your personal commitment to lifelong growth in faith. See the weekly bulletin for our current Family Ministry programs.

Connecting the Gospel with your Daily Life

Please also see the weekly bulletin for my reflection, “The Gospel in Daily life,” and the corresponding “Adult and Family Discussion Question of the Week.”  These tools are specially designed to help individuals and households connect the Gospel with daily life and work.
