Preparation for the Reception of First Eucharist

All second graders are eligible to prepare for their First Eucharist. Preparation includes the following:

• Enrollment and participation in Children’s Ministry or the day school for at least one year prior to the reception of Eucharist.

• Participation in all components of the immediate preparation program. This includes classroom catechesis, parent meetings, at home projects and large group experiences.

• Active membership at St. Dominic parish.

• Weekly attendance at Sunday liturgy.
