Golf
League Information and Registration Form - Open to men and women, this
league will give you the opportunity to meet other parishioners and enjoy
recreational rounds of golf throughout the summer at Wanaki Golf Course on
Tuesdays (tee times start after 5:00 p.m.). Play as your schedule allows
-every session or sporadically throughout the summer. League fee is $10. For

Grandparents And
Grandchildren Retreat -
How would you like to spend a day
together to get to know each other and share your faith together? Attend
the grandparent and grandchild retreat at the TYME OUT center in Stone
Bank. The retreat is for grandparents and pre-teen grandchildren aged 10
to 12.
You will spend the time learning about your faith and each other in an
activity filled program which includes one-on-one discussions, outside
games and fun, art and craft projects, and relaxation with each other.
At the end of the retreat, you will have a very special relationship
with your grandparent/grandchild which will be very rewarding.
August 12-13. The retreat starts at
5:30 pm, includes a night in the dorm rooms and ends at about 7:00 pm.
Meals are served at the dining room at the center. Coffee is also
available for those who would like to enjoy it. Application forms are

Dominic Days Festival
- Held each year in July, Food, Games Car Rally, 5K Run and 2K Walk,
Outdoor Mass.

Welcoming/Hospitality - Doughnuts, beverages and
hospitality are provided once a month after the 9:00 a.m. Mass for all
parishioners.

Breakfast With St. Nick - An early December
family breakfast event introducing the message and meaning of Nicholas,
bishop and saint.

Play group - An informal group for Moms and their
children that meets every Friday morning.

Movie Nights - Offered periodically, Movie Nights
brings families together to share a movie for children with snacks and
fellowship.

Fat Tuesday - A fun potluck dinner to share with
other families in preparation for the Lenten season.

Book Club - The St.
Dominic Book Club is an informal and enjoyable opportunity to discuss a
spiritual book, get to know other parish members, and grow in your
faith. Facilitated by Rich Harter, Pastoral Associate.

Biennial Auction - Join
other parishioners at our biennial dinner auction that includes a both a
silent and voice auction, appetizers and full dinner.

Dart ball - An informal gathering on
various Wednesday evenings from 6:00-10:00 P.M. Contact

Bocce Ball - An informal activity on occasional
evenings throughout the summer where participants gather on the parish
center lawn for a light supper and a friendly game of bocce.

Adult Co-Ed Volleyball - Usually held on the
first and third Fridays of the month at 9:00 P.M.

Men's Adult Basketball - Open basketball for adults in
the gym on Thursday and Sunday evenings starting at 9:00 P.M.

Seniors Group - Meets every second Tuesday
morning of the month for Mass, lunch, and entertainment or an
educational presentation.

Social Singles Network

Attention 40 – 50 year old
singles! Join the Social Singles Network. (Those with
single friends, please pass this on!) Our goal is to provide social,
service, and worship opportunities for those in or “around” the 40’s and

Youth - Teens
Young Adult Outdoor Adventure
Praise the Lord! Want a retreat experience that

through camping expeditions of prayer, proclamation of the Gospel, and

Luke Strand.
Junior High Plug-In - One to two activities a month are
offered for Junior High teens. Activities include social, spiritual
and service opportunities. Once per month there is an activity that
includes the Quad parish collaboration of St. John Vianney, St. Joes
Wauwatosa, and St. Mary's Elm Grove. There are other events for this
age group that happen on District (Waukesha County) and Archdiocesan levels.
High School Youth Ministry - T he high school youth ministry
offers a variety of activities on the parish, Quad parish, District and
Archdiocesan levels. The activities range from youth nights,
social/recreational outing and service/mission trips.
Youth Nights - L ocal: We have a youth room located in
the basement of the parish office building where we hold Youth Nights for
the junior high and high school youth. Youth Nights are held once to
twice per month during the school year. Watch the bulletin and website
calendar for details. It's always what the teens WANT IT TO BE, and we
always have FOOD!
District & Quad Parish: t rips, events, outings are planned
throughout the year.
CYM League - T eams in the Catholic Youth Ministry are
offered for co-ed volleyball and boys cadet and girls junior basketball
teams. Registration information is available in the fall.
