We invite you to learn more about us as a community of faith within the Roman
Catholic tradition. We are dedicated to helping all who seek Jesus Christ know
about salvation through Him. Learn about being transformed into His presence
through our ministries of Word and Sacrament, Lifelong faith formation, Human
concerns and Community building.
The unveiling of this new site is only the beginning. We hope to build on the
foundation that it creates and expand its content and functionality over time.
Come and visit our site often!
God bless you,
Father David H. Reith, Pastor |

No matter who we are we all have a favorite season of
the year. For myself, it happens to be autumn. There is simply nothing
like the clean crisp cool autumn air, the brilliance of the colorful
landscape and the signs of a bountiful harvest.
Autumn brings with it so many wonderful traditions. One
of my traditions is that sometime around mid-October I take off for a
couple of days to simply enjoy and absorb the beauty of the season. I
try to fill those couple of days with hiking trips through the forest,
and with long drives out into the countryside admiring the foliage.
There is simply nothing like getting out onto the open highway and
experiencing nature at its best. |

It is an interesting correlation that the internet is
nicknamed the “superhighway.” With as much as the internet today
has to offer on different ways and opportunities for us to grow in faith
it seems only fitting it be called the “superhighway.” After all,
a highway is designed as a means to take you to your final destination.
It is my hope that as you take the opportunity to travel this great
“superhighway” of ours, you take the opportunity to really experience
our parish website and everything it has to offer. As you navigate
through our site you will begin to see the beauty of the foliage of our
congregation. Don’t just rush through it, but take the time to really
experience it. I guarantee that you will begin to see the true beauty of
our faith community.
As wonderful as the “superhighway” can be, it can never take the
place of the real thing. If you're new to the area, stop in and check us
out and see if St. Dominic’s feels like a place you would like to call
your home. For over fifty years we have been an inviting community that
has been committed to the gospel message of Christ’s grace and love.
Peace and Blessings-
Fr. Quintin Heck
